Service Pack download is very slow

I think improving the bandwidth for downloading the service packs etc is wise to consider. My understanding is that BE 11d is on SP1 right now and I just bought that last week and I got the media without the Service pack 1 and we know / expecting SP2 out soon. Currently we have problem getting the SP1 as the download speed is at a max. speed of 32k/s and after finishing the download and run the file, it says the file is corrupt and we have to download it again.

Everything I download from Symantec is slow. Especially all the BE updates. I have a 200mb pipe in AZ and I get a big 10kb/s download speed...on a good day.

I also tried from Texas, and from my home in PHX...1 on cable modem, the other on DSL. Same slow download speeds.

All my other downloads from everywhere...even overseas is much faster.

This would be a nice enhancement...updated speed.
