Sharepoint 3.0 restore.

I restored a list in BE 11d, but it restores the attachments but did not restore and entry on the list I deleted.  Is the server farm restore not restore the conents of the list?

BE doesnt support backup of SharePoint services but if you use the following in pre/post commands seems to backup the SQL DB
 
net stop MSSQL$MICROSOFT##SSEE
net start MSSQL$MICROSOFT##SSEE
             ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ default sharepoint sql naming

I thought that the new Hotfix for BE addressed the issue of not supporting Sharepoint Service 3.0.

Not sure but you could use the stsadm command line as well

stsadm -o backup -url http://sharepoint server name  -filename d:\splive.dat -overwrite
