Should rotating offsite USB drives be removable B2D or regular B2D?

We have a set of four 2TB USB drives that we want to use for rotating offsite media for our BackUp Exec 2010R3 server.

Should I create an offsite removable Backup-to-Disk folder, and then define each of the drives within that device as a separate folder (i.e. offsitedrive1, offsitedrive2, etc.) by doing a 'Scan' with each new USB drive I connect (knowing that I need to define them all the the same drive letter when I do) or should I be creating an individual regular Backup-to-Disk device for each individual drive?

All hard drives should be defined as standard B2D devices.

R-B2D is for devices where the chassis stays connected, but the media itseld is removable, like Jazz or RDX devices
