I have a HP Proliant DL 380 G5 server, with Windows Server 2003 R2 SP2. Symantec Backup Exec 12 Rev 1364.
My backup jobs have suddenly started hanging with the status of "snapshot processing" while backing up system state of one particular server. Neither the backup jobs nor the server in question have changed.
All the references to "snapshot processing" problems on this forum seem to involve the Advanced Open File Option, which I do *not* have installed. I have "Never" selected in Open file backup when AOFO is not used.
Any help will be appreciate.
