Still having problems with Backup Exec 11d after upgrade from 10d

I keep getting a Windows 2003 Event Viewer / application message that tells me nothing.  Any ideals why I might be getting this error everytime the Backup Exec service starts.

Good morning Warren,

Please review the following document, which specifically addresses the error reported. WHile the document is written for versions through 10.d, the processes are still the same in 11.d.
