We use a W2k3R2SP2 Media Server and have a problem with backing up our Ex2k7: the storage groups don't show up in the selections screen. Ex2k7 management tools are installed on the media server, CDO 1.2.1 is installed, BE-Exchange-Agent is installed, ... I already made a complete un- and reinstall with no effect. Curious: it did already work until some updates (Windows an Symantec) were installed. Unfortunately I am not able to go back to a state that did work.
Any hints, where to search, what to do, to get it back working, are really appreciated.
