Symantec Backup Exec services do not start on remote media servers

Good Morning,
I have two remote media servers that are not running backups.

When I look at the two servers, I see that none of the backup exec services are started.

When I attempt to start the serivces, I receive an error:

Error 1068: The dependency server or group failed to start.

Any assistance with this would be very helpful.

I have already rebooted the server with no change.

Any errors in the windows event viewer? What are the event codes?

The Backup Exec Device and Media Service service could not connect to the database specified. Make sure that the specified database is running, and then try starting the service again.

The Backup Exec Server service depends on the Backup Exec Device & Media Service service which failed to start because of the following error:

After I run this fix, will I need to reboot the server to see if the services start back up or should I just be able to start the services?

On the problem media servers, make sure that the service for the BEDB instance is started before trying to start the BE services.
