Symantec DLO user backup failing with 80040107 error

Hello,

Trying to run a back on my laptop which fails, error number in the log is 80040107, I've checked that I havent run out of quota set int he policy, or disk space on the backup server. It seems to be having problems with individual emails within a PST, I have tried running a backup whilst outlook is closed but that hasnt fixed it.

any ideas?

Not to many programs will go inside a pst file. try running the backup using an account that has permissions to the mailbox that the pst is attached to. You should be able to backup a pst, but you cannot have it open anywhere, if you want to just back it up as a whole file.
Try copying it to another place and if you cannot, then it is opened or attached somewhere.
