I totally agree with you. The support from this forum is next to useless. My backup exec install is virtually unusable and despite numerous posts detailing exactly the steps I have taken, including steps from other similar posts, I have had no USEFUL replies from any Symantec staff. When someone did dain to reply I was asked for a dll version which I replied to within hours, since then I have had nothing for almost a week.
My install is less than 4 months old so I would expect some free support.
