I have BEW9.1 SP1 running on NT4 SP6a, the tape device is an HP Storageworks 1/8 Autoloader. I have downloaded the latest Robotic Library drivers and installed them however when I attempt to backup, Scan or run an Inventory on any of the slots the device immediatly goes offline. If I pause and then unpause the device it comes online again. I have run HP Tape Tools against the device and it has found no errors, the controller is an Adaptec 29160, which has the latest firmware and NT Drivers. I have run the Device config Wizard to uninstall the Tape drivers and then reinstalled them but this does not seem to have solved the issue.. Any thoughts?
