Tape problems?

The backup is failed. The error is:

I have found any report to V-79-57344-33991. Can I help me to find this?

I think that the media or tape is dirty, how I can found the true problem?

Run a clean job on afore mentioned tape drive and retry the backup job either that try the same backup job on different media, either way you will find out an answer
