Tapes not automatically ejecting autoloader after job

Recently I had been having so many problems with the 10d software I gave up and rebuilt the backup server from scratch, hoping that would solve my woes.

Now, I have a new problem that I hadnt seen before.

After a job completes - the tape stays in the drive and will not allow the next job to run. The next job sits at "Queued" and never goes anywhere.

I have updated to the latest driver pack from veritas, loaded all the hotfixes on. I made sure that Backup Exec had exclusive access to the hardware (Disabled remote storage).

I am lost. I tried removing and reinstalled BE today and have the same issue.

One more thing-

I cannot manually eject the tapes via the Powervault front panel. I have to reboot the server, reboot the powervault, then it will allow me to manually eject the tapes.
