Testing VMWare Agent

Hi there,

what do I have to do if I want to test the VMWare Agent for let's say 30 days? Do I have to enter any license key? Or should the VMWare hosts appear by themselves.

Does vCenter have to be installed or is it also running with ESX 4i hosts?

In BE console, click on Tools-> Install Options and License keys-> select the option for VMware.

Proceed with the installation.

You need to have licensed ESX(i) hosts.

The Backup Exec vmware agent does not work with the unlicensed/free version !
