The NDMP subsystem reports that a request cannot be processed

All of a sudden when backing up our server data the job fails with:

Error category    : Resource ErrorsError             : e000feb9 - The NDMP subsystem reports that a request cannot be processed because it is in the wrong state to service the request.

I have checked agent versions and status on all servers that are being backed up by this job and they are all the same version as that on the backup exec server and they are all started.

The error does not show me that any particular machine is at fault. Now everytime this job runs we keep getting the above error. Is there anything else we can try?

Thanks, tried as many of them as I could from their help article. Unfortunately still not working :(
