Trying to restore users contacs from backup

I'm trying to restore a users contacts from a backup.  This is the error I receive.  nI am using server 2003 and Exchange 2003

Error : e000848c - Unable to attach to a resource. Make sure that all selected resources exist and are online, and then try again.

Agent used : YesAdvanced Open File Option used : No

Have you been able to restore emails/contacts in the past or is this your first time trying this? 

This will at least let us know if it could be the overall setup, or just something with your contacts.

No, this is my first time to restore to Exchange.  I can restore files on this server and others, but not to Exchange its self..

I had to run the Exchange delegation wizard and add the service account that i use for backups...
