Unable to Connect to Remote Agent on the Local Machine

Hi Guys,
We are having a problem with Backup Exec 12 from which we upgraded to from 10d.
Can anybody help us with this message:

Backup- PC1
V-79-57344-3844 - The media server was unable to connect to the Remote Agent on machine PC1.
The media server will use the local agent to try to complete the operation.
Remote Agent not detected on \\PC1.

You should re-install remote agent of new version of Backup Exec 12 and after installing it , check that system and publish this remote agent computer with media server. Hoping this will solve your problem.
