I am running BE for Windows servers 12 with the RALUS License.
I installed the RALUS agent on both my ESX 3.01 servers and used Infrastructure client to enable VertitasBackupExec ports (10000-10200) on firewall, I have even tried to manually open in and outbound ports on the ESX servers port 10000.
I am not able to connect to either host servers. By this I mean I do not see the servers when I create a new selection list. I suspect it the ESX firewall, all servers are on the same subnet.
Any help is appreciated.
