Unable to authenticate with the unix_agents after SP4a update?

We updated our Windows BE server to be4691RSP4_279308 yesterday.

And now have we have the exact same problem here. The server cannot authenticate with the unix_agents:

Job ended: den 15 november 2005 at 09:22:24
Completed status: Failed
Final error: 0xa000fe29 - Authentication failed on connection to the server.

Final error category: Security Errors

Have you reinstalled the Unix agent after the upgrade to SP 4a? If not, do reinstall it and test the results. If the issue persists, revert with details.

I start the agent as root. Output is:

Unix Agent, Version 5.01 Revision 5.046

Still the same problem.
