Unable to backup- Error "Physical Volume Library Media not found".Event ID: 34113

Hi,

I wonder if someone could help me with serious problems I'm having.

For about 2 weeks we've not had a successful backup. I keep getting the following error:

Unable to acquire device or media. Final error: 0x800706bb - (2147944123)
The job failed with the following error: "Physical Volume Library Media not found".
Event ID: 34113

I can see no help for this error message anywhere.

We are running Veritas Backup Exec 9.1 Rev 4691 on a Windows Server 2003. 

Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated!!!

Overwrite jobs or append?

Did you look at http://support.veritas.com/docs/192180

If you shut down all BackupExec services, does NTBackup run OK?
