Unable to connect to Exchange 2007 Clustered Mailbox Server with v12.0

I have Backup Exec v12.0 SP3 +hotfixes.  I am trying to browse an Exchange 2007 clustered mailbox server. Permissions appear to be set correctly, the 2007 tools are installed on the backup server, and the CDO/MAPI addon is on the mailbox server nodes.

I can access the individual nodes, but when i try to access the CMS, Backup Exec just hangs with an hourglass.  If I look at the logs on the agent after running it in debug mode, the last thin gin the logs says:

[6460] 06/03/09 14:23:39 Exchange2007ServerComponent initialize succeeded

And nothing more after that.

Any ideas?

 I too facing same problem....My Exchange2007 on Windows 2008 Platform and Media server on Windows 2003 Server...Any help appreciated lot...thanx in advance...

Refer the following document  http://support.veritas.com/docs/311718  ..ti does not talk about the excat issue but u go through it ... make sure the credentails are fine and also you have mangement tools for exchage 2007 installed on the backup server ..
