Unable to convert full backup to vm. The window of Full path of hyper-v integration components iso image is empty

Dear All, 

when I tried to convert a server into a VM i am stuck with this setting here ... 

FULL PATH OF HYPER-V Integration Components ISO image : [BROWSE] and the opened window is empty and i can't browse for the ISO file.

Can somebody hepl?

Where is the vmguest.iso located ? Is it local to the BE media server ? Do ensure the BE account can access this path where the .iso is located.

Are you able to enter the path manually instead of selecting browse ?

The file is in

c:\Windows\System32\vmguest.iso

And the BE account is an Admin on this server (its the media server)

Try copying this file from the Hyper-V host and place it on the BE media server at a different path (Like the root of C:\) and check if you are able to browse to this new path.

Ideally, you should be able to enter the path manually if not browse.

Would recommend to log a formal support case if the above doesn't help.
