I'm am using Backup exec 10d and some how got a current file that completely shut my backups down. I've attempted to remove/uninstall with little success. After checks some threads from this forum downloaded Windows Installer UTILITY Cleaner and looks like it did the job. Also followed instructions and deleted keys from registry keys for Backup exec 10d. Tried to reload and got to the very end of the reload and rolled back giving an error code 1603. HELP!!!!! Work for major government agency and need to get backs running now.
