After upgrading from 11d to 12.5, I've found that my DLO is not functioning. When I launch it, I get prompted for a user name and then it fails with Unable to Connect to Media server. After that I can retry credentials for exit. I'm using Domain Admin credentials, same ones I logged onto the server. I'm sure I've typed them correctly. The DLO service and the SQL server service are both running. I've restarted the server. How do I get back into the DLO?
