I have a serious problem and hope your expertise can help me to solve it.
I am using BE 12.0 that runing on Win2000. After I backup an information store of an Exchange 2003 server to tape or disk (B2D), it is sucessful. When I try to restore one of mailbox from tape, the job is failed and showed following error:
e0008488 - Access is denied.
When I try to restore it from B2D, there was nothing inside the maibox from the selection pane and pop up the following warning:
[SYMANTEC][Backup Exec Catalog Driver](You must install additional languagges on this computer to view the content in this selction. Refer to you Microsoft documentation for more information)
I followed the instruction from knowledge base to install different language support into the Win2000, but it still happened. I cannot restore any mail or mailbox now.
