Am running Backup exec 11d on Microsoft Server 2003 (Standard Edition) and backing up two exchange servers ExchangeServer1 and ExchangeServer2. ExchangeServer1 is on the the Media server. ExchangeServer2 is on a remote computer also also running Microsoft Server 2003 (standard edition), both running MS Exchange 2003.
The backup has been runing fine since it has been setup and still seem to be running ok (as logs come up Backup completed successfully with no exceptions or warnings). However when I try to restore mailboxes from ExchangeServer2 and select mailboxes, the information store comes up empty, but on ExchangeServer1 am able to restore mailboxes.
Error logged on Event viewer (system log) the day after the last backup that I could restore mailboxes from ExchangeServer2 is "RSM cannot manage library Tape0. Failed to communicate with device or obtain device setup information. Event ID 168".
Any help will be highly appreciated!
