Unable to select Lotus Domino databases on a server in DMZ

I have a problem with backing up Lotus Domino databases on a server in DMZ. I use the following:

Windows Server 2003 SP1
Lotus Domino 6.5.3
Backup Exec 10.1 with SP1
Lotus Domino Agent with SP1

I have installed SP1 for Backup exec and I HAVE redeployed remote agent to server in DMZ. File versions on DMZ Domino server confirm that new agent is installed. I have created new job but i still can not select any Domino databases, there is no icon for "Lotus Domino databases". Enabling "Restrict anonymous" option did not help either.

Help pls

Hi,

Please refer:
http://support.veritas.com/docs/241441

Regarding the firewall Backup Exec remote agent uses port 10000.
You can specify the dynamic port range for remote agent on Tools > Options > under "Job Defaults" select "Network".
Symantec recommends using a range of 50 allocated ports for the media server and 25 allocated ports for the remote systems. For optimum reliability, port ranges should not overlap.

All port are open from BEWS server to Lotus server, so i dont think its issue with ports. Alos, i can backup system state and filesystem without problems.

regarding http://support.veritas.com/docs/241441, i have found that:

1. There is only one copy of JS32.DLL, NNOTES.DLL, and NLSCCSTR.DLL.

2. There was no reference in the PATH environment variable to those files, so i added "D:\Lotus\Domino" to PATH environment variable.

I recreated job again, and i still dont have Lotus agent icon. Any more ideas?

Warning: Incorrect use of the Windows registry editor may prevent the operating system from functioning properly. Great care should be taken when making changes to a Windows registry.
