Understanding weekly based schedule

Running BENT 9.1 on windows server 2003

Old backup schema was a "monthly" rotation of tapes.  Friday is full, M-Tr is a Daily.  Last Friday of the month pulled from rotation.   We had 5 weeks of tapes.  Green = week 1, Yellow = week 2, Blue= week 3, Orange = last week of month.  In months were there was a 5th week on the calendar, then a white set of tapes was substituted in on the 4th week, so that the last week was always Orange and the Full tapes were pulled from rotation to go to long term offsite storage.

We are migrating to a Backup-2-Disk schema for the Daily tapes.   So, Friday will still remain a tape backup, but the daily's are B2D.   To try and keep the same rotation available for the users recovery needs, I need to understand how the "weekly based schedule" works in BENT.   They have Week 1, Week 2, Week 3, Week 4 and Last Week.

What happens in a month like December 2009, where Dec 1 falls on a Tuesday, so
Week 1 = 12/1 to 12/7
Week 2 = 12/8 to 12/14
Week 3 = 12/15 - 12/21
Week 4 = 12/22 - 12/28

Where do 12/29 - 12/31 get backed up to?

If you use the last week as a schedule to go to week 5, then on months that only have 4 weeks, you end up with duplicate backups going to two disk folders and conflicting with their run times.

Maybe the better question would be asking for help with devising a backup schema for B2D to keep 1 calendar months worth of daily backups available.
