Unknown error code V-79-57344-34055

Hello everyone,
today one of our backup jobs failed with this error code:

V-79-57344-34055

Unfortunately, there are no hints for this one at Symantec's site. This error reports that the remote agent is unable to create a snapshot, because it's unable to find the name of the logical volume. What's that??? The error occurs on both, the C: and D: partition (both are available and chkdsk reports no errors).

Von dem Datenträger kann kein Snapshot erstellt werden, da der Name des logischen Datenträgers nicht gefunden wurde. Überprüfen Sie die Backup-Auswahlliste, und stellen Sie sicher, dass diese Auswahl gültig ist.

Open the properties of the C-Drive and go to the Shadow Copies TAB, Add the SYSTEM account and give it a full access, follow this step on all the drives with problem...

Recreating the selection list or the complete backup job should resolve the issue . Also make sure the account as the proper rights and permission

Check the following services on the Remote server

MS Software Shadow Copy Provider AND Volume Shadow Copy : Status Stopped and start up type : Manual
