Update 8.6 to 9.0

I need Update Backup exec 9.0 form 8.6, so i need some information and recomendation for this upgrade.

¿what recommend to me update or clean installation?
¿how can i export all my jobs created?

please send me all information that i am going to need.

First, you need to get a v9.0/9.1 serial, since your v8.z serials will not work. Veritas doesn't sell them any more, but yhou can usually find a few on EBay or the other auction sites. I think I also saw some at isellsurplus.com

Then just install ove the top of your v8.x code and everything should be migrated forward.

And I'd go straigt to v9.1 SP2. SP3 is out, but appeares to be a little flakey so far.

I´ve got the serial already.

how about the drivers? I have to made a backup of the drivers.

You recommend to me install over Backup Exec 8.6. and all the jobs were migrat.
