Updating Backup Exec 2010 R3 to service pack 2 fails

Hi,

I am trying to upgrade Backup Exec 2010 R3 to service pack 2.

I have tried using Live updateand also a manual download and update but both have failed. When I try it manually I get the following error message:

"Error 1328: Error applying patch to file C:|Config.Msi\PT655c.tmp. It has probably been updated by other means, and can no longer be modified by this patch. For more information contact the patch vendor."

I have found similar errors on the net but not this one.

Can anyone help?
