One of our clients purchased 10d Server & Workgroup Protection Suite, Lan Server & Workgroup Protection Add-on Pack and Open File & Application Protection Add-On Pack on 29 September 2006 and we received the software from Dell on 05 October 2006. The software was installed on 22 October 2006. The client did not purchase maintenance.

As I understand 11d was released on 01 November 2006. Is this client eligible for a FOC upgrade to 11d or is there a grace period for this client to upgrade at a discounted price?
