Upgrading from 10 or 10D to 11D......will upgrading the agents cause the remote server to reboot?

No, a reboot should not be necessary. However, there could be an occasion when a reboot might be needed on a client, but they are rare.

Hello Daniel,

It is recommended to reboot the machine after any Installation. It is not necessary to reboot right after the Installation. But you can choose to reboot the machine later.

Hi, do I start upgrading the Media Server first then followed by remote clients? Also, if I'm already a licensed 10.d user, do I need new license to run 11.d?

Media server first. Followed by remote agents.

You will require a new license for 11d. You also get 60 days eval.
