Upgrade from Backup Exec 10.0 to 10.d?

I was wondering if there was an upgrade path from Backup Exec 10.0 to 10.d.

I am trying to remember exactly what I did here, but I believe you just download V 10d and perfor the install. It sees a pervious version and asks if you want to use the existing DB.
