Hello,
I am running a Windows Small business server 2008 with Exchange 2007 and backup exec 2012 Small Business Edition. We also have a Small Business Edition Agent for Windows in order to backup a second server running Windows Server 2003 R2. Everything is in English.
I would like to upgrade to Symantec backup exec 2014. What are the steps that I need to follow ?
I already generated the new licencse files and downloaded the setup file.

You just need to do a in-place upgrade to BE 2014 and enter the new licence keys.
Before you do the upgrade, make a copy of the Data and Catalog directories under the BE installation directory. This is just in case you need to revert to BE 2012.

...I suspect you might need to recreate your jobs, as I've seen someone already complain about this during their own migration from BE 2012 --> 2014, so just keep this in mind.
BE 2014 added a number of features back that were removed from BE 2012.
