Upgraded BE server to 2003

We've upgraded our Backup Exec server to 2003. Now, when you try to create a job to backup the Exchanger Server, Mailboxes and Public Folders are not in the list to select. Any Ideas?

Hi,

-can you select Information Store and backup it up successfully ?

-Is the exchnage server remote and under which account remote agent service running ?

-Refer the technotes given below and perform steps :

-activate Mailbox of backup exec service account

-check whether this accoun domain admin,admin and full exchange admin rights has ?
