Upgrading the CPS 10d server

I have BE 10D CPS installed in a Win 2003 Standard. I'd like to upgrade to Win 2003 Enterprise R2 in the same machine with clean install.
How can I restore the CPS indexes/backup after I reinstall the OS?

Don't use CPS myself, but   http://seer.entsupport.symantec.com/docs/277860.htm  should help
