Urgent!!Backup exec runtime error

After the installation of an Mdaemon's update, backup exec crash with a message of "C++ Runtime Error ".
I Try to re-installing BE 10.0d but nothing.
Can you help me?

Hello,

Have you tried stopping the services of Mdaemon service and checked if still the BE crash ? If not then please try.

Yes, but nothing change..
I think mdaemon upgrade had change .dll and so BE don't start...Is it possible?

HI Devid,

Did you upgrade the MSXML 4 (SP2) or it's a fresh installation?

If you wish to reinstall, first take systemstate backup so that if any thing went wrong you will be able to restore the DC. Do you have Additional DC in your environment?

also follow the microsoft release note to upgrade or reinstall the MSXML 4 (SP2).

Reinstalling MSXML is the solution!!!
But you need to delete first all .dll about msxml on c:\windows\system32.
