Urgent Support Need. License Import SLF file Error

When I tried to import SLF file, the “Next” button is disabled as shown below:-

Thats because a (Maintenance) serial is being entered. You would need to enter the actual product license which does not have the word (Maintenance).

Contact Licensing and ask them for the actual product license, else you may try downloading it from your licensing portal.

we called symantec Licensing team support, and they helped us by giving us the actual product license

and now our backup exec 2012 is working excellent
