User Interface fails to start on XP Prof SP2 machine (10.0)

Looking for answers to my question from yesterday, I found that a dummy name was displayed. Hope this is changed now.
Here is the question again


I installled the BackupExec User Interface on a XP Prof SP2 machine to control a BE 10.0 Server.

Right after installing the User Interface works fine.
Next day, after rebooting it doesn't work anymore.

When starting the User interface, a standard-message box opens and tells my, that Backupexec user interface has found a problem and has to be stopped. I am also asked if a problem-report should bes ent to Microsoft. (In German)

I tried now 3 times and it was all the same: At first it worked, after reboot - nothing.

So far I didn't find anything in the knowledgebase.

Ok, the problem has been solved by installing the newly downloaded console from the 10d package
