User Rights for new Backup Account

My Company wants me to create a new Backup Account for our Enterprise.  We are currently using Backup Exec 11d. 

I have spent some time collecting fragmented links to the information I need.  I would like to know if you have have a "one-stop document" which shows me at least the following items, plus more that I will miss:

1.  Rights are required to run/start/stop the Backup Exec Services.
2.  Rights are required for SQL, Oracle, RAWS Backups.
3.  Rights required for installing backups locally and remotely.

Hi Django,

In regards to the Backup Exec Service Account (account running Backup Exec services)  requirements, please see technote 253759 - "What rights does the Backup Exec service account need?" (http://seer.entsupport.symantec.com/docs/253759.htm).  This account can also be used when you log into Backup Exec and for when you backup the media server and remote servers.

To install Backup Exec you should use a Domain Admin account.  To backup SQL, please check out the Backup Exec for Windows Servers v11d (http://seer.entsupport.symantec.com/docs/288005.htm) page 1331, and page 1391 in regards to Oracle.
