Hi. I create the backup rule. I want to backup vmdk files to Tape storage. When i start job it returns error

V-79-57344-38277 - Unable to open a disk of the virtual machine.

My network recourse credential user has domai admins priviligie. In section of recourse credential the test all was success. Please help. What may be problem?

What is your selected transport method, if you choose SAN, you Backup Exec server needs direct access to the VMFS volumes.
