V-79-57344-862 - Inkrementelle Exchange Sicherung schlägt fehl

Hallo,

Bei einem unserer Server tritt immer das Problem auf, das ein Inkrementelles Backup von der Exchange Datenbank fehl schlägt.

Haben Backup Exec 2014 SP1 (heute installiert zum test ob der Fehler dann weg ist) und Exchange 2013 SP1 CU5 ( Version 15.0 (Build 913.22) ) auf einem Windows Server 2012R2.

Hatte bisher nur Lösungen gefunden für Backup Exec 2012 und ältere Exchange Versionen.

Der Agent wurde bereits deinstalliert und wieder neu installiert ohne Erfolg.

Kann mir hier jemand helfen damit auch inkrementelle Backups laufen?

Do you have any other backup application taking a backup of Exchange ?

If Advanced Open File Option is enabled in the backup job, do disable it.

Additionally, is Exchange on a VM or a physical server ?

The server is an physical server.

The Advanced Open File Option is enabled in the backup. I disable the option and try again.

Once the Advanced Open File Option (AOFO) is disabled, please run a full backup followed by an incremental.

Would recommend to log a formal support case so that we can have a view @ your setup and figure out what's going wrong.

Hi,

i found out that was an the simply problem.

My teammate create a "windows server backup" task to backup the exchange and didn't ask me about that.

We disabled the job and symantec backup runs without any error.
