VRTSralus.init stops Unexpectedly

Hi All,

we have an annoying problem with one of our Linux servers.

We are running BE12 on Windows 2003 Ent Server. The selection list for backup includes 4 Windows Servers and 5 Linux (RHEL4) servers.

The agent VRTSralus.init on one of the Linux servers stops unexpectedly, and the backup job fails every day.

Then, I have to start manually the agent, but after some hours it goes down, without reasons...

Any ideas?

Hi All,

Investigating on the issue, I see that the agent hangs when a specific folder is processed for backup.

Is it possible? That folder contains tar files..
