I get this message when doing backups on a clients server. Using Backup Exec 2010 R3:
VSS Snapshot Warning: File C:\windows\temp\cpuz135\cpuz135_x64.sys is not present on the snapshot.
I tried creating the directory and file, as I saw in another post that it was the fix. But it didn't work for me.
Anyone have an answer?
Thanks

Hi
If you have created the file & still if it is not working , This is often cauised by an application resgistering files in a way considered to be part of the system state and then not uinregistering the file when they are removed from the system, as such the official fix for this is to contact the vendor of the file to get help removing the references to it.

You can try searching for the file in the registry and then deleting any entries that point to it.
