VSS error related to Backupexec SQL server

Hello,

We are getting an error on our Backupexec server. 

The only SQL server running on this server is Backup Exec. Does anyone have any idea of why this is occuruing?

When exactly is this appearing? When a System State Backup of the BE Server is taken maybe?

Check the SQL Error Logs which you should find in the MSSQL Installation folder under \MSSQL.x\MSSQL\Log\ERRORLOG to the specific time the event is occuring

Hi,

Have you selected the BEDB in your selection list? If so, and you don't need it, you can then deselect it graphically, and make sure that it is not showing in text view either.

If you do need it backed up, and your OS is Server 2003, get hold of the VSS Rollup Patch. Install it, restart the server, and check the backup again.
