VXA Technology

I'm running Windows Server 2003, Exchange Server 2003.
Is anybody out there using VXA storage tape technology? In particular using it with Backup Exec ver. 10?
It sounds intriguing, wondering if it lives up to the hype of Exabyte.
Good, bad or indifferent experience?
What hardware (tape drive) are you using? There's not much listed on the HCL for Windows Server 2000/2003.
Any information you are inclined to pass along would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

Kindly cross check the compatibility of the tape device with Veritas HCL from the link mentioned below.

Stand Alone Drive Hardware Compatibility List (HCL) for VERITAS Backup Exec 10.0 for Windows Servers

If the tape device is compatible with Backup Exec v10.0, then there should not be any problem for its proper function and operation.

We hope this helps.

We currently have a Vxa-2 stand alone drive and a Vxa-2 1x10 Autopak. The stand alone drive has been working fine on BE 10. And I just got the Autopak back up and running today found out it has to run in a exabyte 210 emulation mode.
