Verify error

Hello everyone,

i am using backup exec 2010 , from last 3-4 days i am receving below error message in 2-3 user back up data.

Verify- \\_____.____.com\E:
Difference encountered in file data. The file _________ is different.

Please advise.

To isolate medias/tape drive issue, see if verify is failing on any particular media or when written with a particular drive.

i am using backup to disk and in disk there are other user back up is also runing which have no issue. i also run dist maintanence in user drive but still the same issue.

Also as you are using backup exec 2010,it would be good to be on latest version of BE2010 which is R3 this would be a free upgrade from the current version you have and would keep all your configuration intact too ,so ensure you do this and also install sp2 and other updates using live updates once you upgrade to BE2010 R3 and then check
