Veritas Backup Exce 10 compatible with HP StorageWorks DAT 320 USB Internal Tape Drive

I wonder if the old verison 10 from Veritas Backup Exce supports HP StorageWorks DAT 320 USB Internal Tape Drive ?

 

Please help couldnt finde a compatible list for the Veritas Backup Exce Verison 10.0 (Rev. 5520)

...you'd work according to what the HCL says. If your device isn't on the HCL, chances aren't good that the hardware will work. If you DO get it to work, it's going to be unsupported.

In this case, why not move to a version that does support it if you are able too?

 

EDIT: The first version of BE to support your tape drive is BE 12.5. You can find the HCL below:

thank you. my drive (HP StorageWorks DAT 320 USB Internal Tape Drive ) is not in the list. no usb drives supported?

does it mean it is not supported offically and can you tell me if it would work ?

Here I have seen someone with BE12 with the same device, and it did not work properly.

So I don't think it will work properly with BE10.
