Veritas and Media sets

Hi Guys, Ovre the holiday I have had to use 2 different media sets (Friday and Monday) and I've noticed that although our backups ran ok, the media sets in a couple of cases were ignored. I currently have the sets set to Appendable/Overwrite if no appendable data.

Does anyone have any ideas as to why this would happen?
