Veritas doesn't run scheduled or immediate job

I had to restart one of my server my Veritas was in the middle of a back up. Now it will not run a schedlued or immediate back up. Can anyone help?

Are all the BackupExec Services running?

From the Devices Tab, is the server ready?
id the tape device ready?
